DELIVERY & RETURNS

1 – DELIVERY

 

At Oh… Really? by Sandra Lacroix, we pack each hat and accessory with the utmost care to ensure it arrives at your home in perfect condition!

 

1.1 – DELIVERY AREAS

 

For home delivery via Bpost:

– Belgium;
– France (excluding overseas territories DOM-COM-TAAF) and neighboring countries;
– Rest of the European Union;
– United Kingdom, Switzerland, and the rest of Europe;
– Other destinations: upon request at hello@ohreallystuff.com.

 

For delivery to a pick-up point via Mondial Relay:

– Belgium, France, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Poland;
– Other countries are not serviced by Mondial Relay.

 

1.2 – INDICATIVE DELIVERY TIMES

Ready-to-ship products will leave our workshop within 3 business days after receipt of your payment. After dispatch, please allow for the following indicative delivery times:

 

For home delivery via Bpost:

– Belgium: 1 to 2 business days;
– Neighboring countries: 2 to 3 business days;
– Other European countries: 3 to 6 business days, not including potential customs delays.

 

For delivery to a pick-up point via Mondial Relay:

– Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg: 3 business days;
– France, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Poland: 5 to 6 business days.

 

Should our workshop be closed, resulting in shipping delays (holidays, training, etc.), a message will be posted on our website and/or on our social media channels.

In the event of delays caused by exceptional circumstances (public holidays, customs delays, strikes, etc.), Sandra Lacroix cannot be held responsible.

 

1.3 – DELIVERY FEES

 

Free delivery from €150 of purchase (excluding Promo Codes) for Metropolitan France and Belgium.

 

Home delivery via Bpost:

– Belgium: €5.90;
– Neighboring countries: €7.90;
– Rest of the European Union: €9.90;
– United Kingdom, Switzerland, and the rest of Europe: €12.90;
– Other destinations: upon request at hello@ohreallystuff.com.

 

Delivery to a pick-up point via Mondial Relay:

– Belgium: €3.90;
– France, Netherlands, Luxembourg: €5.90;
– Spain, Italy: €6.90;
– Portugal, Poland: €7.50.

 

Please note: any potential customs fees are not included in the delivery fees and remain the responsibility of the client.

1.4 – ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number allowing you to follow your parcel in real time.

If you encounter any issue with your parcel, please contact us at hello@ohreallystuff.com so that we can quickly find a solution.

 

1.5 – DELAYS AND INCIDENTS

We are committed to delivering the goods ordered on www.ohreallystuff.com as quickly as possible from the date of receipt of your payment.

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If you are absent at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave your parcel at a collection point near the delivery address, inviting you to pick it up within a certain time frame. Unclaimed parcels at the end of this period will be returned to us. We decline all responsibility for delivery delays due to the recipient’s absence or failure to collect the parcel within the specified timeframe.

In the event of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances as defined by Belgian case law, or an external cause (including customer error), the delivery time will be automatically extended by the duration of the impediment. You will be notified by email of its occurrence and resolution. If it exceeds six (6) weeks, either party may terminate the contract without compensation.

2 – RETURNS

 

At Oh… Really? by Sandra Lacroix, we sincerely hope you will love your new hats and accessories. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, don’t worry: here is how to proceed!

 

2.1 – RETURN PERIOD

You have 14 days after receiving your order to notify us of your wish to withdraw and return an item that does not meet your expectations.

If a parcel arrives damaged, please take photos BEFORE opening it. This is very important as it may allow you to prove that you were not the one who damaged the item inside. Without this, no refund or exchange will be possible.

 

2.2 – RETURN CONDITIONS

-The item must be unworn, in its original condition, with its tags and packaging intact.

-Customized or made-to-order items cannot be returned, unless defective.

-Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of our error.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

-Items that are damaged, worn, soiled, or used;

-Items without their tag, or with a tag that has been cut, untied, moved, or reattached after removal;

-Incomplete items or those not in their intact original packaging;

-Personalized or made-to-measure items ordered by the client, unless defective.

For legal reasons, please note that before shipping your products we take and keep photographs of the product, its packaging, and its attached label, in order to avoid any dispute based solely on the word of either party.

 

2.3 – REFUNDS

In the event of a return, we will refund the price of the item(s) in your order, excluding shipping costs and any additional costs arising from the return. Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.

Once the item has been received and inspected, the corresponding refund will be issued without undue delay and, in any case, no later than thirty (30) calendar days following the receipt of the returned items or your provision of proof of dispatch.

 

2.4 – RETURN PROCEDURE

Contact us at hello@ohreallystuff.com or via the contact form, indicating your order number.

-Carefully pack the item and send it to the address provided.

-Upon receipt, we will confirm the processing of your return.
