However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, don\u2019t worry: here is how to proceed!<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n 2.1 – RETURN PERIOD<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n You have 14 days<\/strong> after receiving your order to notify us of your wish to withdraw and return an item that does not meet your expectations.<\/span><\/p>\n If a parcel arrives damaged, please take photos BEFORE opening it. This is very important as it may allow you to prove that you were not the one who damaged the item inside.
